What's included with every video?
Captions, music, voiceover & script writing — across all three packages and every single-product order. No hidden add-ons.
Can I choose face/body or product-only?
Absolutely. Photos & videos can feature me on-camera, or focus purely on the product — just tell me your preference when you book and I'll deliver to it.
How do monthly packages work?
Bronze, Silver & Gold are billed monthly. Content is delivered across the month and you can cancel or change tiers any time. Silver & Gold also include an honest product review.
What's your turnaround?
Standard is 5 business days from the day product lands at my studio. Monthly packages deliver content rolling across the month so you always have fresh assets going live.
Do you ship globally?
Yes — based in Sydney, but I work with brands in the US, UK, EU, NZ & SEA every week. Just need to factor in shipping product to me; I'll send a Sydney address on booking.
What about revisions?
Silver includes 1 revision round, Gold includes 2. If we're still not landing the brief after that, I'll keep working at no extra cost until we do.
Do you do exclusivity?
Category exclusivity (e.g. no other electrolyte brands for 6 months) is available as an add-on — quoted on a per-brand basis depending on category & duration.
